Due to the compact nature of the Carver One cockpit space, for your comfort we recommend you take note of the following before making a booking. Because of insurance limitations all rides are as a passenger.
If you require any assistance please let us know at the time of booking and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Our clients comfort is important to us! However due to the confined nature of the rear cockpit area in the Carver people with mobility difficulties may not be able to get into the seat although we are happy to help you try!
The Carver One has a factory weight limitation including the driver of 200Kg. For safety reasons we are forced to apply a passenger weight limit of 120Kg
Please wear loose fitting pants and narrow sole shoes as you are seated with your legs astride the front seat. Tight clothes may cause a loss of circulation to the legs and wide sole shoes or boots may prevent the door closing.
Under New Zealand law, children under 1.48mtrs tall must be seated in a booster seat. Due to luggage space limitations in the Carver we are unable to carry one. If you require a booster seat please have your own with you at the prearranged pickup site. This will ensure the best view from the Carver and avoid any embarrassment if we are forced to decline the passenger for safety reasons.

Terms of Booking

Carver Experience SI Ltd accepts bank credit or cash. 50% to be paid on booking, which is non refundable if the date or booking is cancelled within 7 days of the booking date by the hirer. Cancellation before 7 days, an alternative date or a refund will be offered, less 20% administration fee.

Balance to be paid 2 days prior to date of hire. Short 20 minute hires will be cash only payable at the time of the ride, unless more than four are booked at the same time.

There will be no refunds or adjustments after the rental has commenced. All prices are in NZ$ and currency variations are at the hirers risk.

Any drop off not at the pre arranged pickup station will incur a fee of NZ$25.00 within Timaru City limits or at a rate of 80cents per Km outside Timaru, unless agreed prior to the commencement of the hire.
